ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hanna Roman is a fine artist currently ​based in Rochester, New York. She is ​constantly inspired by humans, which is ​the main focus of her art. She likes to take ​the mundane and give it a greater identity. ​She often likes to take emotions and ​memories and recreate them as a ​permanent vessel.

ARTIST STATEMENT

My work serves as a visual communicator for my memories and emotions. Through my art, I want to show the beauty I view in mundane things. I use portraiture to show my reflection of myself and how I view the people in my life.
